Our History
Our company was established in 2001. We began by providing an online e-mail marketing service to the hospitality industry. We soon had more than 100 clients and growing rapidly. As the Internet evolved to become the most important sales and marketing channel for travel companies our email clients quickly let us know that they needed additional Internet based assistance and services.
At the beginning of 2003 we launched the new company, Lodging Interactive, with the vision of delivering the services hotels and resorts need to compete effectively online and to grow their business at a reasonable return on their marketing investment.
Today, Lodging Interactive is a full service Interactive Marketing Agency with nearly 500 hospitality clients and growing year over year. Our services deliver an average ROI of fifteen to one for our clients. We’ve launched cutting edge website tools that have been replicated by our competition and we were the first to step up and deliver a solution for managing your hotel’s online reputation via the social media websites.
