In 2007, Lodging Interactive launched Chatter Guard the hospitality industry’s first reputation management service. Initially designed to monitor and report on Tripadvisor review trends, the Chatter Guard service was expanded to include other OTA and review sites and in 2009 was relaunched as  CoMMingle:Engage. Today, CoMMingle:Engage offers the hospitality industry’s premier social media marketing, engagement and reputation management services. Customer properties include hundreds of hotels, restaurants, spas, and management companies around the globe.
