Guest feedback is what tells you what you are doing right and what you are doing wrong. Invite your guests to comment on your hospitality and to make suggestions on what you can do to improve your services.
We work with you to develop your custom set of questions and we broadcast an email to your guests within a couple weeks after check-out with a link to your online Comment Card. We aggregate your completed Comment Cards for you and you can view results online and download the data into an Excel spreadsheet for easy offline analysis and sorting.
