Lodging Interactive Aims to Automate Traditional Paper Based Guest Comment Cards
WHIPPANY, NJ, August 24, 2004 - Lodging Interactive today announced that it has launched CommentCards.com, a new online guest comment card service for hotels and resorts.
CommentCards.com provides a hosted service which automates the way hotels collect, tabulate and analyze guest comment cards. Through CommentCards.com hotels now have a simple and powerful tool which enables them to understand how their guests feel a bout the services offered throughout their stay. Each hosted online comment card is customized with approximately twenty questions and with the hotel's logo. Guests complete the comment card online by visiting the hotel's website and clicking on a comment card link; the guest is then taken to a hotel specific webpage to complete the online comment card. At any time the hotel's management can log into their account to view and analyze the comment card results.
