How often can I speak with my Account Manager?
From day one you will be assigned an experienced-level Account Manager who will be involved with onboarding of your account, website development, and SEO research. Your Account Manager will be intimately familiar with your property and will reach out to our internal departments for support when needed. You’ll always have a single point of contact who will review your reporting with you monthly. You can always reach out to your Account Manager anytime between your scheduled monthly calls.
Can you track website-generated revenue and tell us where the business is coming from?
We sure can. Over the years, we have worked with every major booking engine company and are very familiar with how to set up conversion tracking pixels on your new website.
What about Google Analytics 4, do you set that up for us if we need it?
Absolutely, we do! Google Analytics version 4 is very different than the old Google Analytics platform we’ve all been used to. We will ensure your new website is properly coded with Google’s Tag Manager to ensure a smooth transition to G4.
Will you build my website on a proprietary platform and will I be able to take my website with me to another agency in the future if I choose to?
Unlike other digital agencies, we never build customer websites on proprietary platforms. You never want to be in a position where you can’t take your website with you should you decide to change agencies.
How do I request changes to my website, and how long is the turn-around time?
You will have access to our online support system, where all your requests will be submitted and time-stamped. Once you submit a change request, you will automatically be issued a case number for tracking purposes. Our online support team is available 7 days a week to help you.
Is website hosting included in your monthly price?
Yes, we provide blazing-fast and secure hosting on servers managed by AWS, Amazon Web Services. AWS ensures your website bandwidth is optimized and balanced for your hotel’s Internet traffic as it grows.
How much does it cost to develop a new responsive website?
It all depends on your requirements. We have developed hotel and restaurant websites for less than $1,000. Our approach is to have an exploratory call to learn more about your goals and objectives as well as to identify the digital assets you currently have that can be used on your new website. Only then can we determine the initial and monthly costs.
